Gaura Purnima visit to Brisbane by Her Grace Urmila dasi (a disciple of Srila Prabhupada)
Monday 17th-Tuesday 25th March
On Behalf of ISKCON Brisbane we would like to announce the visit to Brisbane by Her Grace Urmila dasi over the week of the Gaura Purnima festival. During this time Urmila dasi will share her experiences in Krsna consciousness by giving classes and seminars at the temple at 95 Bank Rd Graceville, Govindas Restaurant for the Sunday feast, as well as a seminar for ladies at the Chelmer Ladies Asrama and a seminar for householders at the home ofJanakaraja and Vrndavanesvari prabhus.

Seminar Description
"Sadhana for Parenting in Krishna Consciousness"
Involving children in regular sadhana as part of family and temple life, this workshop considers obstacles and useful practices. (note: this seminar is similar to The Vocation of Teaching in Krishna Consciousness, Part II: Inspired for Life, except that it is geared toward the specific needs of parents and their daily practice of spiritual life.)

Personal:
1973 - became a disciple of His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada. Urmila has three children, and seven grandchildren all active in Krishna consciousness In vanaprastha ashrama since 1996
