Temple Project Update report

We are pleased to announce that council have now given us our building approval for commencement of Stage 1 for the Hare Krishna Temple and Cultural Centre.
In reality what this means is that subject to our receiving structural drawings and finalised architectural drawings, the next step is for a quantity surveyor to price everything and then to receive quotations for the work to be done. If you are able to assist in project management we would love to hear from you. The project co-ordinator is Taraka Dasi and she can be reached at taraka@iskcon.org.au

Appearance of Lord Nityananda

This coming Tuesday the 22 Feb 2005, there will be a festival at the temple celebrating the Appearance Day of Lord Nityananda Prabhu. A half day fast culminates with a festival program beginning at 6.00pm at the temple of bhajans, a talk and an abhisek ceremony followed by aratik and a feast.
