Srila Prabhupada instituted a Governing
Body to manage his world wide society. This Governing Body Commission or GBC is
still the ultimate managerial authority in ISKCON and members of the GBC have
designated zones which they are responsible for.
In Australia
we have two GBC representatives and they are Prabhavisnu Swami, Ramai Swami
and Devamrta Swami who are responsible for overseeing the running of all Temples within Australia.
Assisting the GBCs are Regional Secretaries, and Tirtharaj
Das is the Regional Secretary for the area of Northern Australia, including Brisbane.
Responsible
for the local temple management is our Temple President Tirtharaj Das. Temple Manager is Madan Gopal Das and the Temple
Accountant is Asi-kunda Dasi. The temple is managed on a daily basis by the TMC (Temple Management Committee) headed by Madan-Gopal Das (Vice-President).
We
are currently developing an organisational chart to assist devotees in their seva.
